Course Description
SPAN 400: WLC Major Capstone
Students work with the instructor and WLC faculty advisors to research, synthesize, write and present their Capstone projects. Students will also assemble a Graduation Portfolio reflecting how each MLO was met. This course is required for all Japanese, Spanish and World Languages and Cultures majors.

Course Narrative
I was able to incorporate what I learned from all the semesters studied at CSUMB. The Capstone Project was developed with a partner where we decided to researched in the realm of literature concentrating in mexican literature.The title is,"Gender Violence in Short Stories by Elena Garro and Elena Poniatowska."
